The actress became a TV celebrity playing Michelle Tanner at nine months old on the series Full House sharing the role alongside her twin sister Mary-Kate Olsen. In the 1990s, they appeared in a variety of films together as well as later launched their own fashion labels. Elizabeth Olsen, her younger sister, appeared in the blockbuster Godzilla (2014) and the action thriller Martha Marcy May Marlene (2011). In 1987, at age nine months she started her career as an actress when Mary-Kate Olsen and herself were cast in the film Full House (1987-1995) to as Michelle Tanner. The most famous of her roles is playing Marina Cooper in the Guiding Light soap opera and Marcy on Dawson's Creek. The actress was featured in two episodes on Showtime's Weeds together with Mary Louise Parker. Her most well-known role is her performance as Judy Kramer from the 2005 Fox television series Point Pleasant and Marcy Brender from Dawson's Creek. A few years ago she portrayed Marina Cooper on the Guiding Light. This character earned her a nomination at Soap Opera Digest Awards in 2003 for the Best Newcomer. Dollar also played Cindy Thomas, the ABC television series Women's Murder Club's star from 2007 until the year 2008. In 2012, she was in the NBC pilot Happy Valley which was not taken up.
